CONTRACT FARMING
Farming · Cultivation · Agroproduction
The quality of food begins at the farm, and we believe that good food starts with honest relationships. Contract farming is a reflection of this belief. We have built a strong and growing network of contract farmers across Uttarakhand, India, and we are working together to grow high-quality vegetables such as green peas, broccoli, carrots, French beans, sweet corn, and other seasonal produce.
Our approach to contract farming goes far beyond just sourcing produce. We begin by helping farmers plan their crops based on local soil and weather conditions, as well as market demand. From there, we provide access to quality seeds, offer on-ground technical support, and conduct
regular field visits to ensure healthy, responsible farming practices. Every step of the process — from sowing to harvest — is closely monitored by our agronomy team to maintain the standards our customers expect. Once the crops are ready, we ensure guaranteed procurement, fair pricing, and timely payments, so that farmers can focus on what they do best: growing great food.
This system benefits everyone involved. For our farmers, it offers a dependable source of income, reduced risk, and long-term support. For us, it ensures a reliable supply of fresh, traceable, and high-quality raw material. And for our customers — across India and around the world — it means every pack of Pal Frozen Food carries not just frozen vegetables, but the taste of real freshness and the story of where it came from. Through contract farming, we’re investing in people, in communities, and in a future where food is grown with care and pride, right from the soil to the freezer.
FARMING STAGE

IQF FREEZING PROCESS
Sorting · Cleaning · IQF
The IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) process for vegetables involves rapidly freezing each piece separately to lock in freshness, color, and nutrients. This prevents clumping, ensures easy handling and portioning, and maintains the natural texture and flavor of the vegetables.

FINAL PACKAGING STAGE
The final packaging stage ensures that fresh vegetables are carefully sorted, cleaned, and packed using food-safe materials to preserve quality and extend shelf life before delivery.
